Anestine Hector-Mason, MA; MS.Ed; PhD, is a scholar‑practitioner whose work brings together advanced study in language, learning, and the architecture of written communication. Her academic background includes an MA in Rhetoric and Composition, an MS. Ed. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages with a focus on adult education, and a PhD in Rhetoric and Linguistics.

She spent a decade teaching writing, rhetoric, and language at institutions such as Long Island University, The College of New Rochelle, the City University of New York, and Tarleton State University. These years in the classroom shaped a deep understanding of how people learn, how ideas take form, and how complex concepts can be explained with clarity and precision.

Her work also includes more than a decade of experience in qualitative research design, grounded in a strong command of the philosophies and conceptual frameworks that underlie qualitative inquiry. She has led or supported the conduct of many projects requiring methodological design, implementation, narrative and content analyses, grounded theory, and other interpretive approaches to gathering, analyses, and reporting.
